Grand Reserve

A Classic Alsatian-style wine with fresh aromas of lychee, melon and rose petals. Chill a bottle to sip on the patio on a hot summer day or have it as an appetizer.  Delicious with Silky Green Chicken Curry or Cedar-Planked Salmon with an Orange-Pistachio Crust.

 

Gamay Noir  cspc#  A characteristic Beaujolais. Our Gamay shows intense black cherry, peppery, mineral aromas  with very light, dry tannins. Perfect for your fondue party at the ski chalet!  Also serve with Birch Syrup-Roasted Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Hazelnut Sauce or wild BC Sablefish over Lentils with Vinaigrette
 

Pinot Noir  cspc#588954

The perfect red wine for Pacific North Cuisine. Pinot Noir displays well-structured medium body, red plum and cherry notes as well as hints of tobacco, vanilla and truffles on the nose.  Great with sushi and sashimi; also serve with Salt Spring Island Lamb with Mustard Spaetzle or Pacific Scallops with Back Bacon and Vanilla.

Pinot Meunier  cspc#436766 The little brother of Pinot Noir, but this wine won't get beat up! Pinot Meunier is light-bodied with red plum and cherry notes as well as hints of tobacco on the nose. Serve well chilled at the lake cottage or as an aperitif.  Outstanding with Grilled Quail with Pistachio and Pomegranate or Duck Confit with caramelized Rutabaga and Risotto.

Pinot Blanc    cspc#344978  Rich pear and citrus aromas on the nose with lively acid on the finish, this wine is a true example of a Cool Climate wine. The palate is full and creamy, with a dry finish.
